This program aims to educate and empower women through Martial Arts based Self Defense. Participants should walk out feeling more knowledgeable and confident in their ability to respond and defend themselves to physical attack.

Empower Yourself.

Build situational awareness, diffuse confrontation, reduce likelihood of attack and learn traditional jiu-jitsu techniques used for self defense.  Class includes: education of related statistics, self-confidence training, situational awareness work, breath work for fight-freeze-flight modulation, and physical techniques that are safe to learn in any environment. Leave feeling empowered and more equipped to safely respond and defend yourself in the case of attack.

Accelerated Learning.

The basic Women’s Self Defense Program arms you with powerful tools to navigate dangerous situations and defend yourself. An in-depth training is also available for small groups of women willing to make a 4-6 week commitment to their health & safety.
