A low-impact yoga class focused on lengthening over-used muscles, strengthening under-used muscles, increasing spinal mobility, strengthening the core, linking mind-breath-movement and developing overall awareness. Sequences include a series of reclined, seated, and standing postures to expand overall range of motion. Postures are performed in combination with one another in a slow movement patters or held from 5 - 8 breaths. The class prepares the body and helps it recover from both everyday physical demands and athletic performance.
